as we celebrate the birthday of

His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama.

Scheduled Events:

Morning Prayer ~ 8am - 9:30am

605 E 45th St (corner of 45th and Barrow Ave - just east of Duval)

This event will take place at the new (still under construction)
Palri Pema Od-Ling Buddhist Temple (embedded link).

Bring something to sit on.

After prayers, this event will include a short break
for socializing with juice and snacks.

***The Lady Bird Lake ferry ride has been cancelled***

 

Evening Party ~ 6:30pm - 9pm (?)

South Austin

This is a pot-luck dinner hosted by a Tibetan family.
Please bring food, items, snacks, desserts and drinks you wish to share.

The Pot-Luck will be held just south of the intersection of
Manchaca and Slaughter - on Old Manchaca Road.
Because of limited capacity, please email here and include
your name, contact number and the number in your party.
